It's a huge problem, open any newspaper, visit any news cycle. Riots, conflict rage, anger, resentment, division, radicalisation, hatred, disruption, politics, ideologies, activism. It's 24/7. We've never seen so much division. People even argue about political events and conflicts that have NOTHING to do with their lives.
It's pretty obvious that our politicians can't be relied on to fix any of this, after all, the easiest way to get support is to appeal to the anger. But as business owners we need unity and stability in society to operate successfully. So how do we manage when those who we've appionted to manage this have failed?
Answer: we do it ourselves, as we always have.
Did you know that the biggest peacemaker in the history of humanity is trade? Trading skills, products, services between individuals, between groups, between nations is the foundation for peace and prosperity.
